The check in process took a long time and our room wasn't ready until 90 minutes after check in time. They did give us free drink voucher while we waited but not the service level we expected at the Fairmont.

This hotel is nice but could use a refresh. Many of the buttons in the elevators do not work and the rooms have surprisingly few outlets to charge electronics. That said, staff was great and very helpful, and the location is very convenient. Would see it as a better option for business travel (my travel was pleasure). Its a nice hotel, I just dont think it’s worth it’s current price point.
