Wall were scuffed in room & in hallways, smokers outside front door all the time, check-in persin wasn't very friendly & had to ask for vip champagne which they didn't have. I still like the hotel but just didnt feel as special as previous visit.

Definitely would stay again!
Only “complaint” was that we couldn’t get the hot tub jets to work and no water in the workout room. Room was great, staff was great. took a minute to get used to the birds chirping through the speakers in the hallway - but it does add a lovely outdoor/indoor feel once you get used to it!

Very friend staffs 😃. Lobby was busy with people. Great atmosphere. Restaurant seemed busy. My only complaint would be the bed pillows. They could use an upgrade there. Otherwise great experience. I will definitely be back.
