Efficient counter staff
Excellent, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had an early flight so when we got down to the lobby the counter staff had already called a taxi to insure we got to the airport on time for our flight instead of waiting for the shuttle bus.

I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. The housekeeping, front desk and shuttle driver. The facility was clean, quiet with the most comfortable beds and sheets. Everything was clean. If I come back I will definitely stay here.

The service and cleanliness of the hotel and staff are absolutely amazing. Parking was a little confusing as there were 2 separate levels of parking. Check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth, staff always greeted us with a smile and helped us with whatever inquiries we had. Would 10/10 come again.

Should’ve been called a Hilton Express
While we are used to paying high prices in Canada, this one didn’t seem to offer the Hilton experience we thought we were paying for. From waiting for several shuttles before getting to the hotel (and rude service demanding that we should’ve called, after our 3rd call) to having few amenities. The hotel and room were nice enough, it had a bar attached to it, but for the name and price, I expected it to feel less like a LaQuinta and more like a Hilton. The location was conveniently located close to local transit which allowed for easy travel around the city

Service at check in was exceptional and very courteous. Manners go a long way. Quick check in, nice room and comfy bed. Offered us coffee in the morning as we had to check out very early for a flight. Parking was a breeze and secure. Close to airport and ferry. Restaurant attached was nice. Great pick.
