When I check in they just told me it’s on strike for over 2 yrs and short of staff. so no dining on site and room service is only provided every three days. But it’s very clean and quite and if you need anything call front desk and they will come over very quickly.

My room was excellent with quality towels, shampoo, cream, soap and conditioner. Clean and immaculate bed. Slept very well in the bed.. Staff was absolutely fantastic especially Kyndrie, the in manager. I was well received and treated. Thank you all at Radisson Blu. I will choose Radisson Blu again.

The room was facing the parking lot instead of the river so it was noisy, the restaurant is closed which is a big bummer, they did have coffee in the morning. The water access/path could be improved. We stayed only one night after a late flight and circled back to the airport to pick up a rental car. Shuttle service was nice and this was a great option so close to airport.

The property was in great shape. The room was clean and very nice. The view of the harbor was great. I would have given it 5 stars but when I contacted the desk for help on pickup from the airport, she was not very helpful. The man that checked us in was terrific. The driver of the pickup ride was terrific also. The breakfast was way overpriced for a small box of cereal and a small carton of milk. The restaurant workers were on strike and the hotel should have been a little more helpful in that regard. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

The hotel and rooms were clean, quiet and nice. Fairly new renovation and everything is in order. The only issue I had was that the restaurant and bar are no longer open (not mentioned on website or Expedia). This is inconvenient for this location. There are 2 restaurants within a 10-15 min walk.
