Central location close to malls, 15 min drive South West to White Rock or North East to Fort Langley, quick and easy access to all major highways into Vancouver. Tons of walking trails and restaurants close-by. Peaceful setting
The space
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, suite is accessed through a side gate to a fully fenced backyard that guests are welcome to enjoy. Suite is above ground, bright and spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & your own private laundry. Brand new appliances in newly renovated kitchen.
Guest access
Entire self contained suite is for guest use including full kitchen, living room, laundry space, two bedrooms and one full bathroom with bathtub. Guests are also welcome to enjoy outdoor yard space. Use of the trampoline is at your own risk and children should be monitored at all times.
Other things to note
Hosts live upstairs and have a quiet, friendly dog whom we would keep out of the yard for the duration of guests stay.
