LAYOUT: The space is divided into two separate 2-bedroom suites, each with its own washroom and kitchen. These suites are joined together by a common laundry area accessible through one of the bedrooms.
Each 2-bedroom suite has its own private entrance, making it perfect for two families or groups with their own separate areas.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Please note that both the backyard and driveway are shared with the host. A maximum of 2 SMALL cars OR 1 PICK UP TRUCK are allowed/fit for parking on the premises. The host resides in a separate, detached section of the property, ensuring your privacy while making it easy to address any needs during your stay.
HOUSE RULES:
1. No Parties or Smoking: Absolutely no parties or smoking anywhere on the property. Violating this rule will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your security deposit, and remaining stay costs.
2. Noise Restrictions: No noise or loud music after 10 PM to respect our neighbors and us. Additionally, loud music is not permitted at any time. Violation of this rule may result in eviction, and forfeiture of your security deposit and remaining stay costs.
3. Early Check-In: Early check-in is available upon request at least two days in advance, at a rate of $50 per hour (maximum of two hours early). Alternatively, luggage drop-off can be arranged if scheduled beforehand.
4. Late Checkout: Checkout is at 11:00 AM. A late fee of $50 applies for the first hour beyond checkout, increasing to $200 per hour for each additional hour.
5. Waste Disposal: For stays longer than three days, please follow the garbage disposal instructions provided in the house manual, sent to you on the day of check-in. Improper disposal may incur an extra cleaning fee of $200, deducted from the security deposit, as the city may fine us or refuse collection if waste is not disposed of correctly.
For stays of three days or less, simply leave everything as is, and our cleaners will handle it.
6. Supplies: Basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, spices, and soap are provided to get you started. Any additional supplies required during your stay are the guest's responsibility.
PET RULES:
1. Pet Policy: Only one pet is allowed per reservation and must be disclosed at the time of booking. The pet fee is $250. Unauthorized pets will result in the fee being deducted from the security deposit.
2. Furniture Restrictions: Pets are not allowed on beds or sofa beds. An extra cleaning fee of $200 may apply if significant pet hair is found on bedding or furniture.
3. Outdoor Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended in the backyard, as it is shared with the host and family. Please clean up after your pet; a $100 cleaning fee will be applied if pet waste is found in the backyard.
4. Indoor Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended inside the home. If you need to step out, please bring a crate and ensure your pet is crated to prevent accidents or property damage.
5. Noise Control: Keep your pet’s noise level low, especially during quiet hours. Excessive barking or disturbances may lead to eviction.
