I do often enjoy my staycations at this propery but noticed some changes on my recent stay. The pool was not peacefully accessible on one night because of a four hour long swim lessons wirh kids that took up two thirds of the pool. The kids, coaches and lifeguards blocking the steam room and sauna. It was not enjoyable. The Lobby restaurant messed up three of my.food orders which was not grest. A false alarm went off at 1030pm which woke us up. The front desk team were great in supporting my.concerns as it was out of their control but the experience was still less than my previous stays and made me think of looking at other options for future staycations and self care stays.

The staff was lovely and the hotel was amazing. The floor tiles in our bathroom needed a bit more attention as you could see the dirt on the grout. Additionally, the floor tiles in the pool change rooms also needed to be cleaned a bit better. Aside from those small things, it was a very clean hotel!
