The staff were great, the shuttle to the airport was fast and the driver was courteous. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a very weird antiseptic/ urine smell and the tub was rusty looking. Though it had jets they looked rusty and yellow. The shower was tepid at best. This hotel is renovating and upgrading so I’m quessing it will be updating the bathrooms.

Definitely would recommend staying somewhere else. The property overall is very outdated and not the cleanest. We decided to leave early and didn’t stay overnight as it was not at all what we were expecting.

Shuttle bus service not good I wait in the airport for one and half hour At the end I need to take the other hotel shuttle bus That day was a rainy day and cold also The CS even doesn’t care about us We call for three times for checking the shuttle bus schedule and they said just wait in the airport but the bus never came Even the airport CS staff was more helpful than the hotel CS

Great location: 12 minutes walk to Richmond SkyTrain terminus; a lot of good restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Complementary breakfast; free coffee all day Onsite parking included if booked via Expedia Room conditions: - there was an odor in the room; I opened the window for ventilation and the odor was gone in 20 minutes. But I doubted why the Room Service failed to do so; - sink was half-clogged and dirty water quickly accumulated; - the only two on-site EV charging stations were both offline; - no wall-mounted liquid body-wash (which I’ll use as liquid hand soap) available in modern hotel stands
