Worst experience ever - injured in middle of night

Room has no night light My husband tripped by a stool on n middle of room and got seriously injured. His fell and hit his forehead on the sharp edge of the bed frame with an open laceration. The desk phone has a very low volume. The phone on the night end table has the same problem. Staff informed me to call 911 by myself. Paramedic came. We were transferred to ER of Richmond Hospital.
