Very disappointed in room size and quality. Elevator didn’t work so had to walk down 5 floors several times as staff told us we were using the key card wrong. Which we weren’t instead of having someone fix it. No hot water or even warm water in the morning so couldn’t shower and heater was so loud kept waking us up. On the plus side was a good location for what we were doing in Vancouver but highly disappointed I used a reward night on such a lousy room.

The hotel is a great walking distance from Roger’s Arena and the restaurant downstairs is convenient and has great food. 4 stars because the staff was welcoming, the bed was comfortable and the room quiet but the bathroom could use some upkeep as far as the shower and cosmetics go. All in all, a satisfactory stay again
