They said they upgraded us but end up putting us next to the elevator, it was so loud all night and all day. Room was like a shoe box. And being a guest at the hotel in a rainy city you think they would lend you an umbrella but no you gotta pay.

Currently under renovation so definitely so extra day time noise. The room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve seen. Last users scrunchie on the foor finger smudge marks on the windows and base boards that look like have never been clean. The staff was perfectly lovely though

The overheight parking was not on the property so had to walk three blocks in the rain after parking. Our TV did not work . Shower was amazing , room was really small and great location

Just OK
Everything was going well until a mouse showed up in my room and spoiled the good time. I couldn't believe it since I was on 9th floor but the manager acted right away and changed my room. I'll probably stay again if I'm on budget and want to be close to the stadium etc.
