Check in was slow. Would have appreciated glasses in the bathroom for water teeth brushing etc. There were none. Coffee was not drinkable. Many complained about the quality of the coffee on the way to the airport. Most left full cups behind

Scary and not relaxing
Check in and shuttle service was great. But walking down a dirty and scary hallway at 130am to furthest end of the provincial wing was not a great impression. Everywhere i looked floor board were damaged, water damage on the ceiling, heat registers broken and everything is outdated, dirty and the room was extremely musty. Got so congested sleeping. The bath faucet it coming off the wall and the hair dryer did not work. I woken up at 8am with banging and drilling down the hallway. This was far from a relaxing stay that i needed after a long flight. Upon checkout ibwas ready to explain this but inwas never asked how my stay was just you've paid bye.
