We wont be coming back here.. this hotel probably used to be amazing but now its old, dim lit and out dated in many areas from windows, balcony being broken and cant even open the door to the tv s in our room.

I have stayed at this many times and am usually very happy. This time I stay in the provincial units which were noisy and in need of repair. The main door would not close unless slammed. The sliding glass door was very difficult to open and caused a minor injury when trying to open. I would not stay in this part of the hotel again as it was not worth the premium price.
