This property was amazing, clean and beautiful. The staff was the friendliest I have ever experienced. They were personal enough to know I was staying in town for the Eras tour and had eras tour gifts waiting for me in my room. They had little tote bags and friendship bracelets. Thought that was a lovely special touch that shows they pay attention and want to feel welcomed. Definitely staying here again if I ever make it back to Vancouver which I hope too.

Me and my partner booked one night stay at Seaside hotel because we wan to experience North Vancouver Christmas market, but it was raining very hard that night so we didn’t have much fun. Hotel is pretty far away from downtown or Richmond(where we usually go to) front desk area is very small, I couldn’t really understand what front desk agent said. Parking was very crowded, we took so much time found a parking spot. Our room is very nice and clean, hotel facilities are very new. I love the shower room. Our dog loved her dog bed.
