We have been to north vancouver and love the vibe of that area. Really nice to have the hotel right at the heart of action. Super close to grouse mountain and capilano The room was beautiful. Staff in restaurant was not very courteous. Cleaning crew and front desk was sweet and nice. The noise from bar overnight woke me up from sleep a few times We had an amazing view from room.

Absolute must stay at
This might be one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. From the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the facility to the extremely comfortable bedding to the great products they use for your hygiene needs to the excellent food from the kitchen. If I’m ever coming back to north Vancouver this is going to be the only place I stay at!

Decent little boutique hotel, it was clean and I give that credit to house keeping for obvious reasons. Concierge was not very welcoming or very informative of the amenities the hotel or surrounding stores or restaurants offer. Valet kid was nice and helpful. All and all it is a lot of younger people running this hotel which means the customer service isn't there like seasoned older people that have been in the industry for a long time.
