Room is just very normal, doesn’t feel like a boutique hotel. Elevator is very small, toilet sink is tiny compared to the size of the bathroom!

We most appreciated the location of The Burrard. It was close to a bunch of restaurants and close to cruise port (which is why we booked this hotel). We were allowed to keep our baggage with them during the day of check out. It is a bit pricey considering it's an older hotel and the bathroom is a little small. That being said, the hotels around the area were more expensive. Overall we're unsure if we would book them again.

I loved the courtyard although it was closed by the time we returned from dinner so I never got to go sit out there. The vibe of it was what had me book this hotel. The area had some homeless walking around but not to the point it affecting us walking a block over to look for dinner.

This was a perfectly nice hotel. It’s clearly a renovated motel but they own that and run with it. The staff was great and super friendly and helpful. We got there after our cruise and they were able to let us check in early, there was an extra fee but totally worth it. The hotel is close to the port if you’re sailing and across the street from the hospital. There was a great street one over full of places to eat which was amazing because we didn’t want to go far. The room was clean and nice. The squeeze bottles in the bathroom were a little weird as was the stand AC. But that stand AC really did its job and was way better than most normal wall units. There was a fridge with some water and cream for the nespresso machine which was a nice touch. By the lobby was an ice machine and a water filler station. Next door was a great coffee shop and a fancy-ish restaurant that looked great but wasn’t out scene. I’d definitely come back but some of their pricing might make me go elsewhere. We paid about $320 US with taxes and all and that was about the top I’d be ok with.

Pictures online are not accurate to the site. We were also promised a phone call when our room would be ready and did not receive one. No vending on site.

Frustrating experience to locate hotel from a drive. No suggestions best way to get to hotel and be aware of one-way/no turns streets. Took us 3 tries to loop around, had to part 2 streets over and walk to just check in. Would not recommend. Bed is horribly lumpy, a/c is a unit sitting on floor- kept me awake all night as it turns on/off. Horrible stay even just one night.

For what it is, the price is not worth it. The room and bathroom were small. It's clean and the staff were friendly. It is centrally located to transportation and you can walk easily around downtown Vancouver and nothing was to far if we needed to drive somewhere. There aren't a lot of amenpities, if any ar all. There was no breakfast included in the price I paid. There are a bit of homeless and drug users around the neighborhood. Was it terrible, no? Would I stay there again and recommend it to someone, no. At least not for the price that I paid for.

We had a king city view room that was right across from the hospital ambulance entrance across the street. We only heard the ambulance twice the whole night so i am sure there were more. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to so many restaurants. The bed was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable, nice bed, good shower. Location was ok, about 10 min walk to Robson St. Parking garage was conveniently onsite, but extremely tight to maneuver in/out, with drug usage frequently observed by the garage entry gate. A nice boutique hotel, very quirky with decorating, and definitely playing to its "retro" style.

The Burrard is not a fancy hotel, but every member of the staff was super helpful, it was delightfully clean all the way through and they have a delightful courtyard garden with tables and benches. Perfect for relaxing in the quiet after a busy day!! Also, after the sticker shock of rates for the area, their price was good news for our budget. We highly recommend The Burrard
