I like the California feel of the place and liked that there was a cafe & burger restaurant right there. Hated the price for parking which put our cost for one night too high being 25mins walk away from our show.

Great for a comfortable overnight
The Burrard is in a great location in downtown Vanvouver. Easily walkable to places, transit and restaurants are all close by. Room had Nespresso coffee and a kettle for tea, plus water bottles to take with us on our adventures.

Location is great, room was clean and pretty spacious. Only problem was that even on the hottest setting, the shower was only really warm.

Ideal for the light traveller. Rooms are small, without much storage place with easy walking distance of the vibrant Davie street, English Bay Beach, Stanley Park, UBC, Canada Line. It is next to a hospital, so if you are a light sleeper or don’t like hearing sirens this place is not for you. Great staff and a fabulous courtyard.

I was really amazed with the shared outdoor area. The palm trees made it feel like we were in a tropical motel. However our room was not the cleanest as we arrived, specifically the coffee cups, mirrors, and bathroom floor. The shower did not go warm even after letting it run for 10 minutes. One of our beds had rips in it after we pulled the top sheet off. We heard quite loud bangs coming from the wall next to our desk, which sounded like someone knocking on and off for most of the night. Overall I’m not the happiest with my stay and I wouldn’t recommend staying in room 218. I hope these issues can get fixed for the next guests. The convenient walking to downtown was the best part of our stay.
