Older room and definitely not 4 stars. Room was extremely overpriced due to a major event. Combined with positive expedia reviews maybe I expected too much. Lot of little things that did not seem to match the reviews or pictures. Room service didn’t pick up phone and menu didn’t match what was online with server shrugging and saying it was out of date. Location was not as good as expected. Didn’t get Expedia VIP rewards. Etc etc.

My go to hotel in Vancouver. The rooms aren't large but are clean, comfortable an well appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is delicious and has a great happy hour. We will be back!

Must Stay, Keep up the excellent service.
It's amazing. I loved the staff they were all awesome. The service and efficiency were superb. All of them were awesome. I will stay there again. The room was clean and they gave he a complimentary dessert which was so nice and delightful. I do recommend staying here. The building is also close to the down town area. Walkable and easy to access.
