We stayed at this hotel for 1 night 2 days for our anniversary trip to Vancouver. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was nice; modern, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was the highlight of the room for me. Big shower with a rainfall shower head and an adjustable shower head, they could both spray at the same time. The bathtub was beautiful and big. There was a city view next to the bathtub and his & hers sink. The Richmond Night market was within walking distance of the hotel so that’s where we ate dinner. Keep in mind the market is seasonal. We also spent time in the outdoor pool and hot tub which is open year round. Being in a hot tub with the chilled autumn air around us was lovely. And the view from the pool area on the 6th floor was decent. Our only con is there was a foul odor of BO in the elevator and lobby but luckily it wasn’t in the hallway or room so it was easy to look past. The parking garage seemed safe, although parking is not free. And it was a short drive from the hotel to Downtown Vancouver. Overall I enjoyed our time at this hotel and would definitely come back. The price on Expedia was a great deal and well worth it. If you’re thinking about staying here, do it. You won’t regret it.

The prettiest hotel with the loveliest staff. We were there getting ready for a wedding and the staff knew what the purpose was and made the Bride's stay extra special by really paying attention to the details. From the welcome to the quick response to room cleaning. And even offered to use another untouched room for photos. Great experience and fabulous stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. They have thought of absolutely every necessity and convenience for traveling. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, from the heated floors, bath salts for the beautiful tub to the state of the art technology for lighting controls and tv. I highly recommend you check out this amazing hotel!! We will definitely be back when visiting Vancouver.

Service was spectacular from the front desk to Bruno restaurant. The food and ambiance was lovely. Shuttle service to airport was a newer vehicle and not a bus. Shuttle ran every 30 min. Fitness center had cold refreshing towels and a healthy vending machine. Great stay if you are looking close to the airport. Not far from VanDusen botanical garden also if looking for something to do. We were also able to check-in early.

A bit confusing as to where to park to facilitate check in. Otherwise, place is very nice. I love the bathroom / bathtub. Bed / pillows are soft and comfy.
