I booked a room here on two different nights because the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport and the price was low. The rooms are passable. My issue was entirely with the front desk. Both times it was very difficult to book the shuttle. Even though I communicated my ETA frequently with them the second time I was still standing outside the airport for more than half an hour. With the first stay the desk seemed to think finding the room--down a long dark parking lot--would be obvious. I asked "do I turn left or right after walking back to the parking lot." They said "it's right there, just look for the blue sign." It's not "right there." And there's more than one blue sign. I walked all the way back to the desk (probably 30-40 meters from the parking lot) to get clearer directions. Still could not get them. It turned out that after reaching the parking lot I had to turn right then walk about fifty meters. During the day it would have been fairly easy, but on a dark night not so much. Finally, the morning of my second stay breakfast opened about 20 minutes late, an issue since I had a morning flight. Bottom line: don't stay here just because of the shuttle. Getting picked up from the airport is a huge hassle, and they're then 20 minutes away.
