Nauti tästä upeasta trooppisesta BEACHFRONT-huvilasta, jolla on oma uima-allas. Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen ja kahden kylpyhuoneen koti on kirjaimellisesti hiekalla. Nauti aaltojen äänestä ja katsele upeita auringonlaskuja tässä rauhallisessa ja eristäytyneessä pakopaikassa.

Jos aiot viettää muutaman päivän (tai enemmän) rannalla, nauttia luonnosta, älä etsi enää. Talo on vain yksi kourallisesta, joka sijaitsee tällä mailin pituisella osuudella 4 km: n rannalta. Playa Junquillal tunnetaan uhanalaisten nahkakilpikonnien pesintäpaikkana. Tien toisella puolella oleva suisto on täynnä villieläimiä ja sopii melontaan tai meloa varten.

Nauti aamukävelyistä rannalla tai rentoudu vain uima-altaan äärellä. Talossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, toisessa parisänky ja toisessa kuningatar. Se sopii erinomaisesti pariskunnille, yhdelle perheelle tai kahdelle pienten lasten perheelle. Tarjoamme kaksi ylimääräistä futonia ylimääräistä nukkumista varten, toisen toisessa makuuhuoneessa ja toisen tv-huoneessa. Keittiö on pieni, mutta siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset romanttisen illallisen tai perheen aterian valmistukseen. Tai jos haluat, voimme järjestää jonkun kokki sinulle!

Ulkotila on talon kohokohta. Siinä on suuri, kattava kuisti, jonka toisessa päässä on suuri ruokapöytä ja toisella rentouttava oleskelualue. Täydellinen paikka lukea kirjaa, valvoa uima-allasta ja kukkapuutarhoja tai katsella upeita auringonlaskuja. Siellä on myös kaunis rancho, jossa on mukava oleskelualue, kaasugrilli ja riippumatto.

Tämä huvila sijaitsee kauniissa yksityisessä ympäristössä lyhyen ajomatkan päässä monista 5 tähden ravintoloista, jotka tarjoavat laajan valikoiman herkullisia ruokailuvaihtoehtoja. Huomion arvoinen on myös vain puolen tunnin ajomatka vilkkaasta turistikaupungista Tamarindosta, joka tarjoaa entistä herkullisempia ravintoloita sekä panimoita, kauppoja, aktiviteetteja, surffausta ja paljon muuta. Se on myös vain tunnin ja 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Liberian lentokentältä.

An beatable beach front location

The beach front location is truly unbeatable / amazing. With a few minor improvements, the amenities could be as well. The A/C worked very well in both bedrooms. The kitchen is small but works well. The ice maker was not functioning. The bedrooms are spacious; the bed linens/pillows are tired. The pool is lovely however the filter is on a timer and with no access to the filter switch, when there is a blip in the electricity the filter does not restart until the pool guy comes by. In our case the filter was off for 36 hours several times. No one’s fault that the raccoons are a bit of a nuisance. The wi-fi works well. The listing pictures a large propane BBQ - it is an inexpensive charcoal bbq. The beach chairs ; it took a week to have the access to the chairs and they are old and rusty. A beach umbrella would be an appreciated addition as there is no shade on the beachfront here, and it would be great fun to set up on the beach. Lovely shaded alfresco dining areaShampoo,soap,dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper are provided. Communication with the property manager was good.Ocean sunsets to die for!!!With a few easy fixes, and corrections to the property description, this property would merit a 10/10. That said, a gorgeous property!!! And we would book it again.

Spectacular

This was our third time staying at this property over the past 8 years. We love it! The pool is fantastic, easy access to a walkable beach during low tide. It is as pictured and really liked the updates to the kitchen, making it more functional and easy to navigate. A/Cs work great. It’s truly is a slice of heaven.

Holiday Paradise

The property was beautiful and secluded. Loved waking up to the sound of the beach waves. The beach was pretty much all to ourselves. The pool was a plus. You definitely need a car to get around. Some minor items that need improvement: cooking pans, & new bed mattress. Overall we would come back. Thank youmatt

Great home, great location, needs some TLC to be perfect.

Overall the house and location were as described and were the perfect size for the three of us (2 adults and our 16 yr old son.) The beach is 50 yards away, and we had it to ourselves! The pool was great as well, and cleaned 3x over the 6 days we were there. Some things that could have been better were the following - small cleanliness details (a few of the outdoor dome lights had many dead bugs in them diminishing the light output, and the main bedroom smelled “stagnant”, maybe because the AC hadn’t been run for a while before we arrived? The lock to the back gate that leads to the beach was badly rusted and wouldn't open until I lubed it with olive oil and forced it open. The main bedroom shower was broken when we arrived, so we all shared the 2nd bathroom shower. Lastly, the grill was badly rusted and way past its useful life. The front opening door to the grill had fallen off and wouldn’t stay on when I tried due to the aforementioned rust. Although annoying, overall these were fairly minor inconveniences. What was more annoying though was the lack of communication with the Property Manager. After the initial contact from her once we booked, it was hard to get her to respond, and she never responded to three different requests we had (one related to having the broken shower head fixed.) by far the worst communication for any VBRO rental we have had.

Nice spot on the beach off the beaten path

What a lovely outdoor space this house has! The inside is as described, though, of note, the kitchen is quite cramped with the door of the house opening into it which makes food prep more challenging. The outside space absolutely makes it worth it. There’s a large outdoor table to eat at, with other covered outdoor spaces for relaxing. The property has boogie boards to use (we LOVED using them in the waves!!) and the pool was perfect for our 7&9 year olds and the beach is just beyond the property. It is about 35 minutes to get to Tamarindo, so you can take a day trip up there for surf lessons or a meal on the beach or more of the touristy vibe. The owner/manager of this place has put together a very comprehensive guide with restaurant and activity recs which were super helpful. We found being in our own spot that was more secluded and quiet was just what we wanted (after 3 days of activities in the volcano region). We had a car that we rented (necessary for this location) and we speak Spanish, which helps when you’re staying in more rural areas, but you can get by with very minimal Spanish because everyone is so friendly and helpful (and many Costa Ricans speak English). We would recommend this place!

Relaxing beach in paradise!

The house and property were as described and shown, and the pool was bigger than anticipated! Although the beach is hidden from view from the house (due to the dune elevation), it is only a few steps from the property gate. Spent a great deal of time in the ocean (swimming and boogie boarding) and walking the beach to the estuary and the tide pools. Had to be respectful of the tides and rip currents at the beach. Sunsets on the beach were amazing! Neighbors were very helpful and friendly. Communication with the property managers was flawless and greatly appreciated! Used the charcoal grill a few nights and ate out at local establishments...Rest. Latinos is a must for the patacones! Even during Semana Santa (Holy Week), the beach remained very private with little use from the general public. Definitely enjoyed our 10 days here!

beautiful seclusion in paradise

The place was as advertised: comfortable with a beautiful pool area and a secluded beach just beyond the property. It was secure and the sunsets each night were absolutely stunning. I didn't want to leave. There were some nice restaurants nearby too.

Amazing

Stayed for a month and would have stayed forever if I could. Beautiful house. The property and pool are very well maintained. You have all the privacy you could want. House has everything you need. Easy communication with property manager. Will definitely be back. Please go check out the Sea turtle hatchery on the beach.

Remote slice of heaven

Great property - stunning sunsets, secluded beach, nice amenities. There are some less exciting realities like limited groceries/stores nearby, unexpected encounters with wildlife in and around the house and some local roads that are not in the best condition for driving. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

A real slice of heaven on earth

My husband and I love privacy, and this was perfect! The home is so clean and filled with tranditional Costa Rican wood furniture and comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the lovely showers and the pool is to die for. If that isn't enough, you have you're own access to a private beach with fantastic waves for surfing! We will definitely be back!

Exceeds expectations

This is more beautiful than listing can even convey. It's remote and quiet but still easy to get to and driving around is easy. Many reviews mentioned the size of the kitchen but that's no surprise based on photos and the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are worth the sacrifice of cooking space, there is plenty of room to get a meal ready and the outdoor dinning space is fabulous. As someone very afraid of creepy crawlers, I expected the creatures to be more of an issue in the evening but didn't notice anything. The property is gated and the ability to transition between the beach and the pool with young kids was amazing. Sitting by the pool to read a book was also so relaxing. The beach is quiet and so nice to spend the day at or go for an early morning walk/run and the sunset is like a postcard. Definitely eat at some of the local restaurants, Lochitos and La Ventana del Surfista were two close restaurants I wish we had more time to eat at again. Property management was so helpful and responsive from planning our trip to the time we left the property. Lastly, driving into Tamarindo and Avellanas for some activities was an easy 20-30 minute drive, most roads are dirt roads but not narrow or difficult to navigate. It's been wonderful and I hope to be back!

Beautiful Beach Home

We really enjoyed our stay at Pedacito de Cielo! The beach was beautiful and quiet, and we also loved having a pool to swim in. The house had everything we needed, and the property manager responded quickly to questions we had. We definitely recommend this place if you're looking for peace and quiet on the Pacific.

Rare paradise

The house is right on the beach, you can hear the waves, and is very unpopulated. We had the ENTIRE, from end to end, beach to ourselves the first sunset. Great waves for body surfing. Was a little smaller than we expected but that was not an issue for us as a couple. We’ll bring our kids next time!

Some Good Some Not

It was hard to find and road was very rough. Had trouble getting in touch with property manager and getting home address. The house us beautiful but the kitchen is about 6 ft x 8 ft. The only dining area is outside with the goats and chickens. The pool and beach are fantastic. Should have gotten supplies before getting to the property. There are not any grocery stores or dining places near.
