Beautiful place
Just for one night before flying home. It was great, beautiful outside and inside. The only problem was the internet router. We couldn’t use our tablet, the signal was too weak.

Best Airport Hotel
The Annia Park is a perfect little hotel if you are doing a short term stay in Venice. We arrived early and they accommodated an early check-in. We were able to return our car rental at the airport and were within walking distance from the hotel. I was impressed by how incredibly helpful the front desk staff was and additionally, we were warmly greeted by the lady who was cleaning rooms.

Property was very easy to walk to and from the airport, room was clean, small but fine for one person. The air con wasn’t working very well but I opened the windows up and that was sufficient. I had dinner in the restaurant when I arrived around 9pm- food was excellent and the service was good! Breakfast served in the morning was amazing and perfect before a big travel day. Would definitely recommend for a stay over if you need to be close to the airport!

Poor in all aspects 1. The room did not have air conditioning 2. The staff did not want to do anything about it to solve the problem 3. To get rid of the excessive heat, we decided to open the windows and many insects came in 4. The reception staff in the morning was rude, they were asked to review a payment already made twice and he refused, insisting that it had not been paid yet, in the end it was confirmed that it had already been paid 5. Location far from restaurants or shops (there is no assistance from the hotel to provide transportation even if it is paid)

Very convenient location to the airport. 15 minute walk if you'd like to walk along the motorway. Not much else around the hotel. The staff mentioned upon check-in there is a shuttle to a shopping area with restaurants, which we didn't use, but would be nice for some. Accommodations are very nice, and the grounds were nice as well. Our room was very large compared to the rest of the hotels we stayed at while in Italy. We only had a short night here since our flight was leaving so early. We left before breakfast and the on-site restaurant was closed, so I don't have an opinion on that. We took the first shuttle of the morning to the airport - 4.30am. The driver was a bit grumpy but was on-time and we didn't worry about being late to our flight.
