Nice stay in Mestre
It is located in the residential area and very quiet environment. Surprising breakfast with fruits, breads, biscuits, yougurt and drinks(juice, tea and coffee). Only two rooms in the flat so it was quite private.

Personale che non parla bene l'italiano. Importo pagato maggiore di quello proposto da Expedia. All'arrivo trovato nel cassetto del comodino scatola di profilattici aperto. Nessun riscaldamento nel bagno. Pane per la colazione scaduto da una settimana con punti di muffa.

BEDBUGS!
BEDBUGS!!! Stay away from this hotel, it is infected. I just put my bags in the room and went away for some pizza and when I came back in 2h, they were everywhere! Got to urgently rebook another hotel at 2x price at 22:00 in the evening. Caught 5 live bugs in my luggage (they sneaked in) and got to triple re check if no one left in all my clothes and bags (kinda few hours). Hotel staff was pretending like they will NOT do a refund because I contacted them next day. And they did not do it even through hotels.com. Just no response to emails but on the phone thay state they read them. Never ever stay here.

Nunca fique aqui, cobrança indevida, desonestos
Olá, venho aqui alertar a todos que estao olhando um quarto para sua estadia em Veneza, o dono do hotel, da india ou Bangladesh, me cobrou indevidamente. Reservei o quarto por 1 noite pelo app da hoteis.com, e como foi informado pela Hoteis.com o pagamento deveria ser feito em sua totalidade no hotel, o que foi feito em dinheiro, porem ele me cobrou outras duas noites no cartao usado para confirmar a reserva. a Hoteis.com foi muito solicita, e ligou no hotel, e o dono do hotel negou a cobraça. Agora espero uma soluçao. NUNCA FIQUEI AQUI.

It's a good place to stay for 1-2 nights. The room was comfortable and we had a pretty good breakfast on the morning. The location is quite practical with its short distance from the Mestre train station. There is also a bus that goes directly to Venice within 2 mins walk. The only bad thing was there were no thick blankets and we felt really cold during the night. Overall, I'd recommend this place for a short stay and for those who are on a budget!!

Eravamo già stati in questa struttura ed avevamo avuto una buona esperienza, ecco perché abbiamo deciso di pernottarci nuovamente...aimè abbiamo scoperto che la colazione non era inclusa (nonostante sul sito al momento della prenotazione e nella mail di conferma fosse indicata la colazione gratuita tra i servizi inclusi) ed in camera vi era sempre un odore sgradevole proveniente dalle tubature del bagno. Pulizia, servizio ed accoglienza del personale comunque buona...

La recepcionista habla poco inglés, por lo que desde un principio hizo difícil la comunicación, no recibimos servicio de limpieza en la habitación. Desayuno muy reducido. A pesar de eso, la habitación triple en cual nos hospedamos estaba basatanre bien, tamaño adecuado, baño en buen estado (tuvimos problemas de falta de agua caliente) y teníamos balcón...

Poderia ser melhor
O quarto é muito bom, tivemos alguns problemas com o chuveiro, a recepção poderia ser bem melhor, tivemos que pagar a mais pois eles não tinham troco, e na hora do check out não havia ninguém presente.

L’hotel Est bien situé (station de bus à côté) qui permet d’accéder en 10-15 min au centre de Venise. La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes. Cependant la chambre n’est pas propre, sous le lit il y’a avait un tas de poussière et des moutons qui devaient être là depuis un petit moment, il y’avait également de la poussière un peu partout. La propreté d’une des couvertures, du tapis de bain et autres tapis était plus que douteuse. La personne de la réception ( et qui fait le ménage) et sans arrêt avec son téléphone et ses écouteurs meme devant nous. Par exemple lorsque nous prenions notre petit déjeuner elle était assise sur une table derrière nous est en pleine conversation, lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose nous devions nous y prendre à plusieurs fois pour qu’elle puisse nous écouter. Pour une nuit si vous n’etes pas a cheval sur la propreté et le service allez-y sinon à éviter.
