We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during our 1 and a half month long Europe trip. The reception lady called Beatrice is rude and unhelpful. I asked her to get the room cleaned at 1pm on our second day of stay and she rolled her eyes to me. Unbelievable, Super rude and unprofessional!!!

The bed is and blankets are comfortable. The desk is a bit too close to the bed and there is exprès space beyond the bed towards the windows. I’d prefer more space coming into the room. The closet space is open but I didn’t like those colors. The bathroom is ok but the toilet area smelled like the subway. It didn’t seem clean.

Nice hotel, clean and modern. I was sick during my stay so I didn't enjoy it as much as I should have but it made for a comfortable place to ride out the illness before continuing our travels. Restaurant and bar were good, bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Nice hotel overall

This hotel is basic, but has the potential to be a good hotel. However the rooms are a little dated, with the bathroom smelling mouldy and a considerable amount of visible mould in the shower. The service was also not great, withy is calling for room service at 7:30pm when the restaurant opened, after waiting over 1 hour, still no dinner! After enquiring, we find they have no record of our order!!! They did rush to get the order to us and did waive the 10 euro room service charge but the food was sadly not worth waiting for, very bland!

Amazing staff! It was so nice to stay in large, modern rooms. We asked for one room for four and they gave us two connecting rooms, we were so comfortable! The room for four was more expensive than a single room for two, but not double the price. It was great value for what we paid! Breakfast was great and the lobby has a foosball machine my teenager girls loved. We would totally come back here again!

Great Hotel and the location is perfect to catch the ferry to Venice. More afordable to stay in Mestre then take the ferry boat to the island. The only problem I had was the AC was very slow and didn't work well. I was on the 9th floor and they regulate the AC. The manager was kind enough to discount my dinner from the night before for the incovenience.

Très bien situé pour traverser à Venise avec les transports en commun. Stationnement inclu très recherché. Très bonne indications à l’accueil et possibilité d’acheter la carte de transport directement à l’hôtel. Plutôt confortable mais chambre très petite. During our trip around several cities of northern Italy, this hotel was by far our favorite. We wished we had booked longer! Their pricing was amazing and quality was outstanding. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The high end dining was extremely affordable, convenient and one of the best meals of our trip. The bar was excellent, providing light snacks with our drinks. We used the game area to play pool while enjoying drinks. The atmosphere of the hotel was modern and sleek. Everything was up to date. All staff members were friendly, helpful and seemed genuine! I have this property saved if we ever retuen to Venice!
