The room was spacious while traveling with two teen boys and my husband. Check in was easy and our room was cleaned daily. Minor inconvenience was not having a shelve to put clothes or smaller bag on but there was plenty of space for hanging clothes.

This place was fantastic. Close to everything especially since you have to walk everywhere!!! Also the bed for comfortable which is hard for a hotel. Highly recommend!

A stay that exceeded expectations. Communication with the property was very smooth and quick, when we arrived it was pouring so at check-in we were able to borrow an umbrella. The building has electronic safe access with room key and it was lovely to see an old building refurbished with a style mixing modern with new. Everything worked fine with bathroom, toilet and shower, all feeling still pretty new, bed was super comfortable, queen size worked great for us. The only downside was that the windows were locked which means that being 7am or 7pm the room was super dark - although there is no view from the windows as the room is facing another building, I wish I could have some awareness if it was getting light in the morning. Apart from that, great system, modern sockets, usb sockets, beautiful decorative fireplace and ceiling beams decorated, everything super clean, an effort to refurbish is visible, very safe, incredible location, quiet too (if you are a heavy sleeper), quiet area overall, very accessible with plenty of streets nearby with restaurants and cafes for breakfast too. It was an incredible experience, very pleased with our choice and if returning to Venice, will book with the same hotel for sure!

Because I’m planning my wedding, I’ve had a lot of expenses on my card that month, I wish they would have warned me that they would charge the card despite the clear instructions not to. Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, very central and very modern and clean. Only downside was the room got very hot and the air conditioning didn’t go cold enough to cool down the room meaning we had to open the window. This made it very noisy and hard to sleep. Lovely hotel and would stay again.

Wonderful! Staff where we check in at Ca’ d’Oro were lovely and this property is super close by. Clean, super quiet, nice spacious bathroom, big tv, lovely huge windows, but also huge shutters making it absolutely dark at night which was great for sleep. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and a short walk to the northern ports to go to Murano. We left luggage both before and after checkout at Ca’d’Oro with no trouble. Very highly recommended.

The room was minimalist. Could have used mirrors (full length) in loft area, only mirrors were on main level. One common bathroom for large room made it challenging. 2 full stair lengths to climb to access room with no lift so if have heavy suitcases or disability may be difficult. Long trek from train station but well worth it as the area was one of our favorite in Venice. Checkin was friendly and smooth but know in a different area (about 100 m ) than the actual suites.

It was a fine property, we just felt a bit cramped with four adults to an apartment. Our bathroom door couldn't open all of the way because it hit up against one of the downstairs twin beds. But lots of ambiance!

The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. Too sparse on furniture. Nowhere to sit together. My husband sat on the stairs because no chairs. Also, they gave you one card that was needed for power when you were in the room. My sons wanted to go for ice cream and shopping which meant my husband and I would have to sit in the dark with no air conditioner.

Clean. Comfortable. Nice area. Close to shops and restaurants. Not too far from water bus stops. Short walk to Ca’ de Oro vaporetto stop. Longer walk from Fondamente Nove Allilaguna stop, with two bridges to cross while carrying your suitcases. Two flights of stairs inside the building to carry your suitcases. Front desk is not in the property itself. It is in another hotel nearby. If you want breakfast, you have to order it in advance and specify the time when you want it served.
