Great hotel and very nice people

The staff were always accommodating and couldn't do enough for me and my partner. Hotel was clean, breakfast was always good and the pool was great and always clean. Great view from my balcony too. Overall this hotel was amazing for the price for the rooms. I would definitely recommend to everyone. The beds were the comfiest compared to previous hotels too.

Family short break

Hotel was a little way out from obvious sites of interest but staff were very friendly and amenities were all super.

Excellent experience

Booked well in advance and couldn't believe the value for money you get with this place. The amenities are excellent (tennins courts, swimming pool, bar) and the location is great considering you will be lead to the Lido of Venice which was a really interesting discovery. Buying a WaterBus pass, you would take 10 minutes from the hotel to the harbour (the hotel has a free shuttle between 8.30-10-30 saving you the bus money) plus another 30 minutes in the ferry to S. Marco square. Would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

Best of both worlds

This hotel was exactly what I wanted - a peaceful contrast to the buzz of Venice. Rooms are fine and comfortable. Breakfast is not interesting but useful in an expensive city. The sports facilities are brilliant, particularly the pool - exactly what I wanted. And the restaurant is simple but good - great staff, very attentive, and good food. This was a brilliant choice - just what I was looking for and I would definitely recommend it for couples or families or individuals who enjoy a little peace after a day amongst the crowds of Venice. Lovely!

What a surprise!

Easily accessed with public transportation. Stop 4/5. A total of 16 stops from the Vaparetto station. A bit out of the way, but we thought it was great after the pace and busy ness of Venice all day. We loved the entire grounds. Enjoyed walking to the restaurant, which was just starting to get roused for the season. Loved the price for Spritz! We had a giant balcony with a view of the Sea off in the distance. Loved it!

Very nice hotel in Lido

Service by the staff was excellent. Location is not that difficult to get to. We use the public bus A,B and C to get to and from the hotel. Frequency of the bus is very good. The Bus stop is right at the lido water bus jetty. (The Bus is very crowded). Shuttle service is provided by the hotel every morning to the Lido Town. Breakfast was good, but could do with more choices (Croissant, buns, Ham, Cheese, Biscuits, Cereal, Biscuits and Apples) same everyday. The room was spacious with a small balcony with a table and chair. There was a few English Channels (mostly news) on the Sky box provided, which was great. However after 3 days staying there, i do find travelling to Venice a bit time consuming. I would not recommend this hotel if you are in Venice for a short stay.

l’hébergement Ca' del Moro reste un bon deal pour visiter Venise bien qu'il soit situé à une certaine distance de Venise, il est bien desservi par les transports en commun. les bus sont disponible à proximité et l'accès à la ville via les bateaux taxi reste pratique. La zone environnante est agréable, et l'état de l'hôtel ainsi que ses équipements sont satisfaisants. dommage que la piscine soit fermée et non accessible pendant notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était néanmoins à la hauteur de nos attentes . On hésitera pas à y revenir
