The hotel was well-placed, on the way from the bus/train terminal to the Rialto bridge. It was very convenient for the Scuola Grande di San Rocco and the Basilica S Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, which I wanted to visit. Entry to the hotel was a fairly anonymous door with a bell/buzzer arrangement, with no reception visible from outside. My room, on the 4th floor, was quiet at night. Staff were reasonably friendly. Unfortunately the hot water did not work the day I was there. I was told this was not normal. I was not compensated for this.

Lage ist gut. Zimmer ist gut, Sauberkeit im Bad ungenügend. Frühstück ist von 8 bis 10 Uhr und 10 Uhr muss der Check-out erfolgen. Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich, eher etwas karg. Wlan gab es keines im Zimmer. Da wurde nur gesagt, dass ein technisches Problem vorhanden sei, was vorgeschoben war, denn außerhalb unseres Zimmer gab es WLAN. Trotz Satelliten-TV nur italienische Sender. Auf Kritik wird nicht eingegangen. Ich kann keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Elektroninen avain toimii mutta ei tunnu turvalliselta. Portaikko huoneisiin on ahdas, mutta toisaalta henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja aamiainen on runsas. Huone oli siisti.
