Lovely spacious room and ensuite with a great shower. Breakfast buffet was brilliant. Lovely staff. Location feels a little out of the way but that did mean it was quiet - wouldn't stop me from staying here again as hotel was lovely and it was convenient for the boat to the airport.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Was a very easy walk for us to all the sites with great shopping and restaurants along the way. If you need there is a wzter taxi right outside for convenient use. We loved the hotel and would stay here again. Close to train station to keep traveling. Breakfast was very good. We recommmend this hotel

They steal from your rooms. Keep money in you.
This has been the worst stay of my trip if I could rate it 0 starts I would. The place is nice but the staff is Terrible. I requested to have our laundry picked up but they never came. However they did come to steal things from our room and when we noticed and complained no one cared. If you’re staying here keep your important personal belongings with you at all times.

Very classy and very wonderful. It was not in the heart of the city, but it was a perfect location. A little away from everything but only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main action. I love this place and would stay here again. And one of the main reasons I would stay here is that it Is not right in the busy busy area. They also have a great morning buffet to try out.

Carnival Palace has excellent, helpful staff. The breakfast is amazing. Convenient for water buses and the airport bus. Easy to walk to the various sites and shopping. Many dining options close by.

I loved the easy access to public water bus. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Irene helped with local info/maps/directions/instructions and rain supplies. The breakfast and staff were amazing! The room/shower/building were modern and relevant. Casual walking distance to attractions. I highly recommend Carnival Palace and will return!

Amazing Venice Hotel
Amazing experience! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! If you want to experience authentic Venice, stay here! Out of the hustle and bustle but close to everything by walking or water taxi! Breakfast was great! Staff especially bar staff were fantastic!

Nice hotel. Great breakfast. Super service. Waking up to kate in the dining room for breakfast was a real joy. Stall were very frienflldly and helpful. The hotel gave us a great recommendation for a seafood restaurant. Phenomenal and not expensive. The walk to marco square was a bit long, especially with luggage.
