Charming!
Charming! Not too far from the train station and close to some shops and restaurants. Main points of interest are walkable or you can take the water taxi which isn’t far. This was my second stay here and I would go back again!

Reasonable walking distance to train. Good communication about late checkin. Lock box arrangement worked well. Nice patio for breakfast and enjoying a glass of wine in evening. Downside of hotel was poor internet and no English tv channel. Also sewer gas smell in bathroom needs to be rectified.

Great little bed and breakfast. We had a room with private bath overlooking small garden. It’s was very quiet and pleasant. Owners were very nice and check in was smooth.

Lovely property in quiet area. But turn a corner and there are many restaurants and little bars. Excellent value for Venice. We were made feel very welcome and as we had to leave early for a flight, the owner packed us a takeaway breakfast. Wonderful touch. Close to SL train station which is excellent if you are doing many cities by train.

Good value hotel for Venice
We stayed in a quadruple room with shared bathroom, there was only 3 of us and if there’d been 4 it would’ve been tight. Shared bathroom was just across the landing so easy to see if the other room was using it and we did have a sink in our room. Room was basic but comfortable and had a free safe to use. Check in was good, breakfast was simple but enough, we mentioned we were leaving early on our last day so breakfast was left in our room the day before which was nice. Location was great and easy to get to from both train and bus station. Would stay again but try and book a en suite room next time.

Within 10 min walk of station, quiet location, basic but good value. Owner very friendly and a nice courtyard to sit out in and relax. Would recommend.

Quaint space with a lovely inner courtyard and friendly staff. Very nice room. Nice small breakfast. Near late dining and near enough to most sites. It was an easy walk from the bus stop.
