Hospitality was amazing!
We stayed here for two nights while touring Venice. The guy at the reception desk was so so helpful (unfortunately I forget his name!). He gave us a map and a personalized write up of places to eat, things to do, places to go while there. He was very welcoming the entire stay and made sure to reach out before we checked in to ensure the directions to the hotel were clear. The room was small but we didn’t need much else. There was a bottle of champagne and snacks waiting when we arrived. Highly recommend this place!

This is such a wonderful place to stay. We had a room with an incredible view of a canal, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will absolutely return if we get the opportunity, this was our favorite hotel while traveling through Italy.

Fabulous and wonderfully priced!
Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. They helped us with our bags which was a Godsend after a day of traveling and going up and down steps. Beautiful room with an amazing view of the canal. Great restaurant suggestions and helpful with directions. We will be returning to this hotel many times in the future!

Dreamy room on the canal
Just dreamy! Right on the canal with a beautiful room ! I opened the window one morning and someone was singing “Volare!” So awesome! Close to everything. (Stairs up to the room are steep is the only downside) Highly recommend

Great room with plenty of space and lovely balcony view of the canal. Lots of nice touches like coffee machine, free Prosecco. This is more managed apartments than a hotel which was no issue to us as enjoyed just being left alone, but some may prefer being in a hotel with all the facilities onsite.

Lovely Hotel and Stay
We spent a few days in Venice before heading to Rome and could not have chosen a better location to stay. The concierge had a key waiting for us and provided us with a map of the city and recommendations for places to eat and visit. The room was the perfect size and was clean and provided amenities necessary to stay for a few days. Definitely highly recommend this hotel. While no restaurant in the hotel, there is no shortage of restaurants in the direct area.

It was a good stay at the centre of the city. Everything was at walking distance. We got the room with a view to the canal. The disadvantage is that it can get noisy from the canals. Even though our room was a bit small, it was really clean with a modern bathroom. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They had also prepared an itinerary with their suggestions. We could leave our luggage there even after checking out.
