Clients should be warned of having to climb stairs to the third floor especially when said clients are 80 years old. Also, I had to fix the toilet seat, ask for cups for water, and wait for a while for the desk clerk to return so I could get the key to my room.

You can easily find the hotel and it would be better if the can put a small name plate in the main street also. I would not expect great rooms but it was good. We needed the room only for night stay :). Breakfast was Ok and it is included. It is 2 min walk to the S.Marco/S.Zaccaria water taxi stand. Walking distance to main attractions (just 2-3 min). They can still update small things here and there to make it much better. When you enter the building in the night it is pitch dark, there is a switch somewhere and you have to manually do it, could have been sensor activated. No elevator :) I had 2 heavy suitcases and had good workout. Overall it was a good stay not much to complain. We really enjoyed the Venice trip.!!!

The room for the hotel was a few blocks away. So we checked in, in one place and walked to another. Room is small but nice. There are no lights in the hall, I'm glad my phone has a flashlight. While not the hotel's fault sound carries down the narrow streets and amplifies the noise.

Its a good priced hotel in the middle of the city. It was clean and staff was helpful. Everything was good. Just one little annoyance was there was only 1 outlet and it was hidden behind the desk.

Location isbthe only good part about this hotel. Overpriced. Your room is one block over from the hotel reception. Bathroom full of mould, dirty bed sheets. Paid for a double room, bed was 2 single matresses put together (like most of europe) BUT it kept pushing apart so you would wake up in the middle of the 2 matressses.Bed sheet did not even cover the entire doona cover. Unless they change or wash the entire doona cover between gusests this is very un hygienic. Entry to building via keypad which is extremely worn out over the 3 number used to get into the building. It wouldnt be hard for a random person to work out the code and enter the building, thats a security issue. Overall wouldnt recommend this stay.

Breakfast was underwhelming. We were not provided a hotel in Hotel Liz but was taken to another location. I felt unsafe, the front of that property was dirty and the shower did not have a shower curtain. All Venice seems safe but I felt unsafe being taken to another room in another loc.

The room is tiny, with no lift, if you have luggage it will be a nightmare. The front desk is very grumpy, not accepting cards but only cash, and he exchanges the US dollar for Euro at a very cheap rate! Will never be here again.

No elevator. AC and fridge doesn’t cool that much. Shower head is almost ripping off. The most terrible bed I’ve ever laid on. But the front desk personnel is helpful. Location is great; near to every tourist spot
