Very convenient location 3 minutes walk to St. Mark Square. Very good breakfast and afternoon coffee/snack. Nice victorian style room decoration. Nice staffs helped us book the private taxi to train station and airport. Overall very happy stay in this hotel. Thanks a lot!!

We thought the porter they gave us to take our luggage (months worth of clothes) up the 5 floors in the annex might have a heart attack, LOL! The deluxe room on the 5th floor is the only room on that floor, but because it is at the top of the building the hall was scorching hot, the AC in the room was adequate, and the fan provided helped immensely... all in all, 5 stars all around. Just be warned the annex has no elevator!

We had an amazing stay. Great location close to St Marco, yet very quiet. Everything was great. Front desk staff wonderful. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. Afternoon tea was an added bonus.

This hotel was the first we stayed at for our Europe trip and was the best we stayed at. The bed by far the best part with it being very comfortable. The room was a perfect space for me and my husband. It was such a cute room. The bathroom was not too crammed either. Alittle tight I’d two people are getting ready at the same time but more than enough space in the room overall it was never an issue. Hearing guests in the hallway was a tad noisy but never woke up through the night nor had trouble sleeping. We were in the building with no elevator but the staff carried our bags up the stairs for us. If we ever come to Venice again this is the hotel we will still at! Loved it very much. And the ac worked perfect.

Been to venice 3xs and this is the only time I have had a pleasant stay at a hotel. They usually sink like mold and have ants...all have been 4 stars...but this stay was great and it included breakfast

I liked the hotel itself , its a bit old but well maintained. The free breakfast & merienda were amazing !!!! I appreciate that when checking out a bellboy was offered to us to help us w our luggage to our water taxi. I did not like that i was charged the full amount a momth before check-in. I didnt like that there was no help to drag our suitcases on our arrival from a super long flight to hotel.
