The property was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The "mother" hotel was a block away, same street. That is where we had to go for assistance, directions, advice, et cetera. The breakfast was at that hotel. It was a large variety of fresh foods, pastries, cereals, local favorites. Location was excellent, near Rialto Bridge and not far from St. Marks. I would stay her again if in Venice.

First, the entrance to the rooms we had booked, were at a different location (two blocks from the hotel) and was actually a repurposed small apartment. There was no staff in the building or elevator to go to the second floor. We had to do check in at the main building and the person who took us didnt even offer to help with the luggage. Worst hotel I have stayed. The only positive thing was the breakfast, available as a separate add on at the main hotel.

Room was great, associated restaurant was wonderful. Staff was very friendly. The only problem we had was with the bed. It was 2 mattresses on top of 1 box spring. This caused a sagging in the middle. 1 mattress on top of 2 box springs would have been perfect.

The apartment is on the first floor in a separate building in a separate calle and has four bed (one double) in a very big room - though based on the pictures we thought it would be two rooms. No view and a bit dark but we didn’t care. The stairs of the apartment could be cleaner, inside the apartment is clean and its furniture is fine but all of it could do with some renovation. There are some kitchen tools available as well as an iron. The staff at Bella Venezia where you do check in and check out is amazingly kind and even lent us a phone charger for our stay.

My room was booked to stay at San Luca hotel but they provided me room in old building out of San Luca hotel.There was no tv working, No Ac working . Lots of Mosquitoes. Room was really small . Lots of noise there.

Would stay here again
We had a room just around the corner from the main entrance to the hotel. Not far at all we could see from our bathroom window the canal, which was quite nice because the gondoliers would go by and we’d hear them singing. We enjoyed being so close to the main hotel as the lobby was lovely. Everyone at reception was very helpful. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day. We were right In the middle of things with our location. Everything walking distance.

This is a little spot at the main lobby. You can smoke here although we didn’t, but it was a lovely private area.

Property was fine for one or two nights due to convenience of location however the bedding was uncomfortable and the bathrooms had hair in the drain on arrival. The kitchen wasn't the cleanest either. That said the receptionists at the hotel were ever so lovely and offered to help where they could, particularly recommending restaurants and holding luggage were great appreciated.

Property was in a great location close to everything. However the room was a little out dated and the air conditioning made an awful noise and did not work properly. The staff was great but was not able to fix the air conditioner before we left.
