The location of the property was nicely situated near the Grand Canal. It was close to almost everything. The room was very cozy and super unique. We would have given this location more stars if the bed wasn’t so hard. Not only the bed …but the pillows too. It’s also a three story walk up to our room, which we don’t really mind, but be aware that the two rooms in what appears to be the attic, have no elevator.

The hotel was absolutely amazing and we loved every part of it! The room was bigger than we thought it would be, and was just minutes walking distance from wonderful restaurants and bars and attractions! Definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel in the Rialto bridge area by the fish market. Staff very helpful. Owner greeted us. Very clean room in a traditional Venetian style. Will stay here again.

Conveniently located no-frills hotel wirh easy walk to Rialto Bridge. Big room with kettle and small fridge. Very hard bed and very thin pillows but nice clean sheets and towels. Good amenities and daily housekeeping. Pretty good value for Venice. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby but located ina quiet dead end alley.

The service was excellent. The front desk service was so friendly. The owner, I think he was the owner, carried my 80 year old mother’s luggage up the stairs, and into her room. The room had a great view as well.

They were so kind and shares a bottle of wine with us! The hotel is gorgeous! The air conditioning was great! I would have given five stars if the bed was a little comfier but it was all nice.

Great location near lots of shops and restaurants. Given detailed directions how to find it. Comfortable beds. Great aircon. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room had lovely view of small canal and bridges.

Hotel staff charged me a lot extra and in cash for my little kid, and did not add any bed in return! They gave us a room on 4th floor and they didn’t have an elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage’s ourselves all the way up! Building was too claustrophobic, and AC was very weak, almost not noticeable!

The location is centrally located to all the tourist sites and walkable. Plenty of options for dining. Air conditioning was excellent and surprisingly bigger than I expected. Definitely come back and stay here again
