Rude front desk woman!!
Well as an American, regardless if its cold outside or not, we love to have control of the AC. Here no control, I called front desk as was told very rudely that ac was broken. If I pay for a stay, id like to have the option of turning on or off the ac. Didn’t appreciate her smart attitude. Luckily it was 1 night only.

Area, close to main attractions, and bus and train stations. Tea and coffee supplies not replenished, and no milk provided, breakfast wasn’t brilliant, was mediocre. Rooms nice and modern and clean. Would stay here again, overall very happy with our stay.

Great location just near the train station. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Aircon wasn’t working when we stayed there but opening a window was good enough. Breakfast is great.

The room is good very clean nice looking room. We got the champagne as a VIP guesses. They only for negative is The bed was twins bed and it separate during the night and the AC was not really working but it was could outside so it was ok for us . We really recommend this hotel. Very very nice looking rooms.

We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone traveling to Venice. One of the closest hotels to the area where you get dropped off by taxi/car as far as they can drive you to the city and you have to walk the rest of the way since no cars or bikes are allowed in the city. So this hotel is extremely convenient and very clean, breakfast was great. Staff was amazing.

Close to train station and easy to navigate throughout Venice with close water bus access. Breakfast was great every day we stayed. Rooms are small but adequate and beds were very comfortable. Front desk held our luggage after check out until it was time for us to leave. Would stay at this property again.

This hotel is in an excellent position only 3 minutes from the main railway station and vaporetto stop. It is right where all the action is virtually on the Grande Canal. The staff were excellent and so helpful. Some of the other guests were very rude people and we felt sorry for the staff having to deal with them. Our only issue was the air conditioning- it was set for a winter setting and so was too hot for us. We had the staff turn it off as we could not turn it off or change the temperature. Having been to Europe in October before we had experienced this before.

Great location, central to train station but couldn’t hear the noise from trains. Room was incredibly clean. Great shower. Generous breakfast. Bed was a little hard but we were too tired to care. We really enjoyed our stay!
