Venice, Florida, experienced significant impacts from Hurricane Helene, including historic flooding and storm surge. We are deeply aware of the challenges many in our community are facing, and our thoughts are with those who have been affected.
OUR CONDOS WERE NOT DAMAGED and we have guests arriving in November. Our pool is not open due to damage and our club house is undergoing restoration.
There will much ongoing work as we recover, but we are excited to let you know that the beach is open, and the famous Historic Venice Avenue—with its vibrant array of restaurants and shops—experienced no damage.
We invite you to come stay with us and support our beloved community during this recovery period. Your visit will not only provide you with a much-needed getaway, but also help Venice, Florida, as we work to return to normalcy.
Ocean views on the penthouse level with a walk-out enclosed lanai providing 180-degree views of white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters, the famous Venice jetty, Intercostal highway, Bird Island, Snake Island, and Roberts Bay. The beautiful Venice beach is just minutes below and the sunsets are spectacular and unique every night. Walking distance to the Jetty, Restaurants, Yacht Club, Freedom Boat Club, Venice Youth Boating and sailing, bike & kayak rentals, and much more. This 2 bedroom includes a King Suite with ensuite and a queen suite with ensuite and bonus twin bed. A Cabinet Bed in the living room under the TV holds a queen-size memory foam mattress. Beach Views from every window. High-speed wireless internet, smart TVs, and digital cable are provided in the living room and both suites. Six Beach Chairs and Two Umbrellas are provided.
