Our apartment is in the best location in Ventnor, only about 50 meters to the family friendly beach and only a 5 minute walk to town.

Inspired by our love of the sea, the apartment is decorated with lovely coastal themes and is equipped with kitchen, lounge, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We provide full cooking facilities, TV, DVD player, central heating, plus white bed linen and fluffy towels. We can also provide a travel cot, bed guard and high chair for those with young children.
We have a free private parking space, laundry facilities, books and games and access to storage for bikes or kayaks in our secure garage.

Located in the victorian coastal town of Ventnor on the Isle of Wight, Ventnor is famous for its warm, sunny, mediterranean style microclimate with many tropical plants, as it enjoys more sunshine hours than anywhere else in the UK. With its family friendly beach, lined with pretty victorian beach huts and fantastic coastal scenery, it is perfect for families or couples and often attracts walkers, writers and artists who come in search of unspoilt views. Its quirky mix of small vintage shops and many popular pubs and restaurants offer something for everyone.

Perfect for a short break or a family holiday, this apartment will sleep 4 adults and 3 children. We also have a number of other smaller one bedroom apartments which can be booked together to accommodate larger groups. Please note, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with many steps, so it is not suitable for those with any mobility problems.

Nice property in lovely location and suited us well for our short stay. Well kitted out with everything you need. Two downfalls 1. We had completely underestimated the number of steps both to the property and once in the property. 2. Nothing to do with the property but the local road works were difficult to navigate. In fact put The Met into your Sat Nav not the property postcode then follow your written instructions otherwise you may find yourself going round in endless circles. We would stay again but would love to be at the front of the property as the views are fantastic

Lovely property, large, clean apartment, kitchen & bathrooms looked new. Nice touch to have milk, tea,coffee and biscuits on arrival. Plenty of items to use during your stay, chairs, beach mats etc. use of the garden, and there is parking!!! Ideal spot just above the Esplande. Communication with Dawn was great, directions to the property very clear, key collection was easy from key safe. Loved our stay here and have booked to return already!

Seashell apartment - 3 bedrooms.
Both the apartment (and the local area) have lots of steps, and this adds to the interesting layout of the property. We were 5 adults and found the separate rooms for kitchen, dining and living rooms very spacious. No sea views, but still excellently located for beach and town. Well maintained. Recommended.

Amazing location, lovely apartment
We had such a good experience here. The kids (3 and 18 months) loved the beach ans the paddling pool. We had very good communication beforehand and our hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Very happy times.

Excellent if you are not fussy about the view
The apartment was spotlessly clean, probably the cleanest self catering apartment I have ever been in. The kitchen was very well equipped and the milk in the fridge on arrival was a very nice and welcomed touch!. All the rooms are very nicely decorated and the beds are fairly comfortable. The instructions for arrival and check in/check out were perfect and completely accurate. There are quite a few steps up to the apartment and I would say are worth it for the view, unfortunately the apartment we were in had no view! We overlooked the inner courtyard so our view was of other apartments and the stairs. It did not bother us too much but it did mean that we didn’t spend much time on the balcony. Overall the apartment was really good value for money and would definitely recommend. Just be aware of the step access and potential to have no view.

Excellent location, great apartment
Lovely holiday. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which was ideal for us. (Couple with three older children). Light & bright, enjoyed the quirky layout, plenty of space to spread out, (steps no problem for us). Equipped with everything we needed, comfy beds, two bathrooms, level private parking (although roads very steep). We did not have the seaview but were metres from the seafront and minutes from town centre. Ventnor is a lovely town, not as busy as Sandown and Shanklin. Fantastic fish dinner at the Smoking Lobster at the bottom of the path to the seafront. Also great steak at The Bistro and fab burgers and pizza from Stripped. Great base for exploring the island, walked to Steephill Cove, short drives to many attractions. Daughter found a fantastic fossil on the Island Gems hunt. Highly recommended, would love to go back.
