The west end of Ventura, also known as “The Avenue” is a diverse, historic and vibrant part of Ventura. As you drive down Ventura Avenue you will notice a combination of light industrial, some commercial and mostly residential areas. This side of Ventura is going through some major investment and becoming a very desirable place to live and visit.
