Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen oder Probleme antwortete er zeitnah. Wir haben den Urlaub auf Korsika genossen und bedanken uns für die schöne Unterkunft :)

Séjour très mitigé en entrant dans le logement odeur d’humidité ,le jardinet pas nettoyé,canapé râpé,la 2ème chambre n’en est pas une beaucoup trop petite.je recommande pas.

Calme et plage à pied
Le propriétaire est disponible et sympathique. L'endroit est calme et la plage accessible à pied, la plage est propre, le bar/resto de la plage très sympa, le petit bémol c'est de devoir prendre la voiture pour les courses car l'épicerie du coin était rarement ouverte et le manque d'animation de proximité. Pas de difficulté de circulation, aucun problème pour accéder et se garer aux plages alentours, et de beaux points de vue accessibles à quelques km.

Location conforme à la description. Tous clos parfaite pour un petit animal. Jolie plage accessible à pied par sentier 700 m environ. Site encore assez sauvage avec un tourisme modéré

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Wir haben uns sehr spontan (einen Tag vor Abfahrt) für Korsika entschieden, aber Damien hat schnell geantwortet. Wir wurden von Damien’s Vater Paul am Treffpunkt zuverlässig abgeholt. Das Haus liegt 20 Gehminuten von einem sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Das war es leider auch mit den positiven Punkten. Die lieblose Einrichtung wäre nicht so schlimm gewesen, wenn es wenigstens sauber gewesen wäre. Küche und Bad waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt und überall im Haus lag eine Staubschicht. Es wirkte so als wäre es schon länger leer gestanden. Weiterhin ist es nicht so gut für Familien geeignet, da die Treppe in den ersten Stock sehr steil und gefährlich für Kinder ist. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine richtigen Türen (ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Vorhang als Tür, eins mit einer Falttür). Unser Baby ist abends öfter aufgewacht, wenn wir unten abgespült haben. Die Gegend ist ebenfalls für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ungeeignet. Dass dort alles stark heruntergekommen ist, wäre noch ok gewesen, aber wir wurden auf dem Weg zum Strand von einem Rudel wilder Hunde bedroht und hatten Glück dass uns ein Einheimischer geholfen hat. Ein wirklich schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Und dann wird auch noch zusätzlich Geld für Bettwäsche und Handtücher verlangt! Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr unwohl gefühlt und können es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Einfach aber ok
Es ist abgelegen, kleiner Laden und ein Restaurant fussläufig. Zu Fuß zum Meer in 10 Minuten. Leider hat die Strandbar ab der 2. Septemberwoche zu.

Très bonne vacances
Bonne situation. Proche de la mer (10min à pied). Mer accessible par un chemin qui atterrit sur la plage. Secteur calme à l'écart du tourisme de masse. Propriétaire très courtois. Très bon accueil et disponible en cas de besoin. Location bien située dans le nord de la Corse qui nous a permis de visiter plusieurs endroits magnifiques à 1h30 1h30 de voiture

petite maison dans lotissement
petite maison dans lotissement calme. Un peu éloignée de la mer: 500m si on traverse le jardin d'une maison hypermoderne récente mais on arrive sur plage déserte et de toute façon il faut faire encore 400-500m pour arriver à la paillotte, du coup par la route cela fait 10-15 min à pied. D'autre part, des moustiquaires devraient être posées ce qui sera super. En attendant un petit rafraichissement serait nécessaire. Petit détail : les 2 chambres n'ont pas vraiment de portes. Sinon propriétaire très gentil. Proche de Bastia et villages très sympathiques a quelques km.
