Ok for 1 night

It’s pretty basic if only for 1 night it’s ok but I wouldn’t recommend it for any longer. Sheets were stained and bathroom dirty with hairs. Also we requested extra blanket (we were 2 guests) and they only gave us one saying it is only 1 per room so pretty average. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Buena ubicación, está bien para pasar la noche, le hace falta mantenimiento a las paredes, estaban algo sucias, pero en cuanto cama si estaba limpia y baño regular, no teníamos papel higiénico y lo tuvimos que solicitar, la atención fue buena.

Solo por una noche

Hola en general no nos gusto el hotel. Desde la llegada el estacionamiento para coches pequeños el nuestro no entró después de batallar con los pilares de este al ser en el sótano tuvimos que dejarlo en ja calle. Nos mandaron al ultimo piso sin elevador y a cargar maletas. La habitación cama incómoda .sin cobertor y hacía frío por el norte en el puerto. Hotel descuidado. La atención de la persona q nos recibió por la tarde puede mejorar, malmodienta pareció que nos hacía un favor. Ni bienvenidos o buenas noches. En general no me gusto. Mil veces la otra sucursal que está en el Boulevard. Si está cerca de tienda de autoservicios solo eso.

El costo de la habitación estaba más económico en el hotel que por este medio, en cuanto al hotel, está bien, es cómodo y las habitaciones son grandes.

Las llaves de la regadera en malas condiciones, el "sapo" de la caja de wc no servía. Las camas, sus colchones, mucho que desear pero bueno pero vaya, sólo por conveniencia llegué ahí, bien dicen primera y última vez. El personal de recepción muy bien.

Una de las camas de la habitación tenía el colchón en malas condiciones, el baño necesita canceles en la ducha para colocar tus artículos de higiene personal, el lavabo tiene un flujo de agua muy pobre y dificulta su uso. La alberca MUY BIEN, MUY LIMPIA Y EL AGUA EXCELENTE (balanceada).
