A new hotel with a great modern vibe to it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is run by a third party and was under staffed resulting in long waits to be served and breakfast being cold . A hotel of this level should have a better food service

This hotel was exactly as advertised! It’s new and everything works. Our room was a king with kitchenette and it had a really good layout. Staff at the reception desk gave us a warm welcome. Location is great. The is a superstore right across the street and a mall close by that is a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive away. This BW Premier is my new go-to hotel in Vernon.
