This is a good hotel for our stops in Vernon. There is a pool and breakfast is included. Not the best breakfast but sufficient.

The washroom was gross, there were blood stain and staff had no solution for any issues, their answer for everything was that they are on their own and the whole hotel is full.

Check in gal was snooty and non engaging and too proper like a robot! I did not like my room given as too loud being right over top of the pool area as well as the people above me were stomping around so much until thankfully 11 pm! But then more stomping again so early in the am! I asked on top floor when I checked in as I like to be the quire respectful one for others and was denied and this is rare. She just went on about my room selection choice. I would have even accepted a downgrade for peace and quiet! Never was offered. I had to call down about the loudness and she was snooty again! So non helpful and kept calling up to me when I just hung up on her non helpfulness and non care. I did not even bother to use the hot tub as it was so darn noisy all the time right up to the pool closing. I really wanted to use some jets. But that is ok, I just am not used to snooty terrible service ever! I will not go back here! I have done many nice reviews for many other hotel stays. And the capper was to see sausage and not bacon and the cheaping out between the two choices. Sausages are way worse than bacon for you and have way more calories! So I did not have.
