Due to provincial Short-Term Rental restrictions, the condo is only available for stays of 90 days or longer generally from September to June with potential consideration for dates in July (early) and August (late). Great opportunity if you are transitioning residences or only want a place for off-season. Rent and services negotiable depending on rental period. Fully furnished for living; consumables and personal care items are not provided.
