I would have changed dates for my reservation had i known there would be A TON of young teen boys for hockey there. Our relaxing girls trip was very loud with screaming kids and we could not use the pool or hot tub as it was full of kids splashing and running and jumping while their parents drank outside the pool. I paid extra for a pool side room that i feel i should have gotten a discount for given the noise and hectic environment and lack of use of facilities. At the cababa our server was very creepy and hands on with myself and the other girls in my party. Over all, very let down. I spent a lot for a bad experience.

Stayed with a courtyard view. It was great to have a tropical-esq view. Cabana Restaurant was good. Nothing I would go out for, but for not having to leave the hotel, it was more than acceptable.

Decent hotel, definitely a fan of the atrium area and Cabana restaurant. Room are nothing special, but nice enough. As someone who travels a lot, I dislike not having the ability to connect to the TV with any device (fire stick, laptop, etc). If you’re going to limit this for guests in favour of using your own entertainment network, the hotel should offer better viewing options than they do.

The music was still loud at after 11pm requiring earplugs to sleep. Our first floor room was musty and dank. The facilities are reasonably nice though.

Overall, our stay was OK, Kids enjoy the pool and we enjoyed the sitting area on the main floor in front of our rooms with our friends, Our first night, unfortunately wasn’t great , The TV in the room did not work , and there were kids and adults being extremely loud well after midnight, running around and making a lot noise Our second night was better but still found the hotel to be very noisy

Amazing hotel!!
I booked this hotel for my daughter's 16th birthday. We had 2 rooms booked, and everything was perfect. I had told the hotel in advance that it was my daughter's birthday, and they left an adorable hand written card and little snack basket for her. It was so above and beyond!! We frequently stay in hotels, and I almost never write reviews, but this hotel deserves a huge rave. Everything was amazing and clean. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atrium is STUNNING!! It did NOT feel like you were in a hotel, and certainly not in Vernon! We live in the Okanagan, and I will definitely book this hotel again for any staycation, and recommend it to any friends and family coming to visit. ABSOLUTELY recommend!!!
