If I could I would not give any stars, Stay away from this disgusting place. Everything in pet friendly rooms, the smell is awful, bath tub, wow is the word I will use… the tub as you step in it moves, bubbles under the floor so when you are in it you feel like you are drunk. I request multiple times to have the maid clean our room an first day they only vacuum, bed not done, bathroom not clean, garbage not empty, second day we put our towels on the floor so they change, but noooo they just folded back and put them on top of the toilet, nasty disgusting, nothing else was done again bed not made, so I went complain, I got ok we will talk at the maid next time. The third day ok it was okay at best. Room as a pee smells to it, And now let’s talk about I am in a wheelchair, we requested a wheelchair friendly room, over furnished 2 queen beds, big desk, mini fridge, table and 2 chairs, nothing friendly for me because I had to battle my way in between the bed and all the furniture. I will never book there after this, disgusting mess, that place should be inspected my property management. Walls are dirty, smelly pee perfume, carpet is filthy Stay away from this place

Check in experience was terrible. He did not greeted me, directly ask for id and card. Then he gave me wrong key for double bed but i paid for single bed. Then i had to come downstairs to exchange keys. I started looking for 27 grill restaurant, he kept lokoking at me strugling, then i went to see inside the restaurant it was close. So i asked him if restaurant is open he replied yes management issues restaurant is close. No good communication, bad guest service experience, i did not feel welcoming 😕

The photos and room type we booked does not match with what we got. We booked the standard room which specifically indicated mountain view (photos also showed spectacular mountain views), and the photo of washroom for this room type showed updated washroom. The washroom we got in the room is old non updated, old sinks, and counter etc. The view we got looked out straight into the window/balcony of the building right across where you can see the people in the other building. The staff did not/could not rectify this issue???? Not satisfied as we purposely booked with this hotel, chose this room type for the 'mountain view' and the updated washroom per photos.

The service was terrible. When I arrived, it took so long to check in. The lady at the front desk couldn’t find my Expedia reservation and took so long to sort it out. The room is basic but toilet seat was broken. While we were there one floor of the hotel had no hot water for the evening. It was cheap, but would look for a better place and spend more next time.

The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. We chose this hotel for the full kitchen. But the kitchen was not well outfitted. Some good pots and pans would be useful. It also needed utensils and drinking glasses. We had to ask for a dish towel and dish soap. The staff did their best to assist us and really helped to make the stay pleasant.
