Small rooms with everything that an in and out traveller might need while waiting for an appointment early in the morning . Beds very comfortable. Appliances and tv available. Quiet. Amazing managers who go beyond the call of duty. Great hospitality.

Perfect location right in front of the Performing Art centre. So close to everything. Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Dog friendly. Staff were great. Would stay here again

Staff is great. I didn’t look that closely when I was booking. This is a great little 2 star motel, if you like 2 star motels. It is dated. Someone is feeding pigeons so there are fifty pigeons hanging around. Parking isn’t very good. Narrow spots and not many. Location is good. So it’s a great little two star motel! Probably won’t find better. Price is decent.

The hotel was older and worn. Everything was clean. It's located on a very busy street with lots of truck traffic and emergency vehicles with sirens. I got the sense that a lot of the previous tenants have damaged the property because they charged me a $300 deposit and showed me how to operate everything in my room that could possibly cause damage.

The owners here are very nice and organized. This is not a new hotel by any means, but the rooms are kept very clean and I found the bed quite comfortable. There’s TV, a fridge, coffeemaker, and AC in the room. Great price, too. Highly recommend.

So the property like many motels in the valley is old but it’s been maintained and updated and for the price cannot be beaten. I think the staff and I assume the owners are supper dedicated to making the business a success. The lady who checked us in was kind and accommodating and the man actually took us to our room and explained everything, advised us where to park our truck advised us to cover things up inside the truck (there are a lot of transients in the Okanagon Valley so I get it) which he followed up with we have not had a problem, so in my mind he was going the extra mile to make sure he did everything possible so the stay would be good even for things outside his control. I wish them all the success in their business if they are the owners, if they are the staff I hope management recognizes them as the key to the success of the place and why they a high 8 rating.

The property is in good condition for its age, the front desk staff was very nice and take you to the room to show it to you, if you have sensitivity to cleaners and perfume type things don't go here. The rooms appear clean but to give that added sense of cleanliness they spray a scented liquid all over the rooms and the sheets and bedding have a very intense smell of this as well.
