Inner coil memory foam mattress. Laundry room is located between the units and has 2 washers and one dryer. This is entire unit with screened porch. Dirty Humid and Smelly
While the location was ok, the floor throughout was dirty and sticky. The coffee pot had an old used coffee filter in it filled with grounds and smelled moldy. The bathroom mirror was dirty and the shower was musty and damp. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked so loudly that we woke ourselves up just moving in our sleep. The heater/ac unit is one of those that you can buy at Walmart and had leaked a long brown stain onto the wall, nor did it put air out well. Overall just an awful stay that we were grateful to leave.
