Adorable beach bungalow
This was a very cute and cozy property that was exactly as described in the listing. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is a quick drive to groceries, a pharmacy, and the beach. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again, if I come back to the area. The property owner communicated all pertinent info before check in time. The property was clean and had all of the essentials.

Absolutely loved this house. I stayed for one week. I loved the back screened room. My cat hung out there all day and didn’t want to come in! The property is woodsy with bushes and shrubs and trees creating a more private atmosphere which is what I prefer. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach. There are two bicycles in the garage and we took a ride on the jungle trail, which is also very close. There are other parks in the area as well. I do not like to go out to eat that often so I did a lot of cooking and baking. The oven and the microwave work fine. Martin is a great host. He was good at responding back to me with all of my questions. I would stay here again.

Great location Quite neighborhood short drive to beach. Really enjoyed bicycles in garage and the nearby trails. House could use some sprucing up, but that didn’t cause any problems with our stay.

LOVED IT!
Wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location, neighborhood is quiet. Martin was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. We took advantage of the bicycles in the garage, and took a ride down the Jungle Trail. We had no issues and would absolutely stay here again. Too bad it's already booked for the time we'll be in town again next year!

Tucked away on a quiet street. Well supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, beach cruisers, and well appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable as well. Really a home away from home! A couple of minutes to a quiet and beautiful beach. Good fishing right off the causeway - a real treat - Florida as Florida should be experienced.

Winter Escape Week
I stayed at this property the last week of January. It was good for what I needed for two adults for that length of time. It is a cottage - small but an open floor plan. The house is nicely appointed. I did not make dinners there but the kitchen appeared well stocked to do so. The location is good for walking. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach - doable carrying a light chair and a few items. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and also offers a nice setting for walking. The popular Jungle Trail is also in close proximity where you can both walk and bike. I did not need much while there, but the host was quick to reply to any questions I had. A real bonus are the neighbors directly across the street - a friendly couple who assisted me with a few odd needs. I did not travel with a dog this stay. But I would not choose to stay here with mine. The backyard area is small, not grassy, and not completely enclosed. But the surrounding area is ideal for exercising your pet. Also missing from this property is a covered outside sitting area. If it rains, inside is your only choice. All in all, this property met my needs for a week’s stay. And I was satisfied with my time there.

This property is in a quiet, cute neighborhood, close walk to the beach. Love the little beach and convenient Beach Bites store. The house is great, bedrooms are small and the kitchen needs some TLC, but overall an awesome little house, especially with our dog! Would recommend. Martin was very helpful and responsive!

Wonderful stay in a perfect location
The house is just as pictured. It had everything we needed plus some! Had fun on the ampersand beach with the chairs and umbrellas, biked on the jungle trail, and nice to shower off in the garage shower. Loved the back porch at night for cards and cocktails, we did need a light outside but we used candles. Must have a smoothie at Beach Bites, great way to start the day! Wonderful home to have a little R&R after a long week of work. Thanks so much for sharing your home!!

House was just as promised! Cute bunny lives in backyard - a plus! Only complaint was owner did not give lock code until just before (5 minutes) before we left to drive there. Other than that - oh, a page of instructions was not in the house to tell us how to leave the house upon exiting. Would be helpful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wabasso Beach. It is a great friendly neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house was very comfortable and the amenities were just what we needed. The tile floors were perfect for a pet friendly house. Martin, the host was very accommodating. We had some internet and tv problems when we arrived but he worked very hard to get everything up and running. We had his cell phone and he was accessible if we needed him. We had a great stay and did not want to leave!

Month at Wabasso Beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our month at this cottage. Everything we could have needed was supplied and the location was perfect, close to beaches and the Jungle Trail for walking. Neighbors were all very friendly and lots of dogs for ours to socialize. Would definitely stay again!
