Here you will find peace and relaxation, and with a little luck you will get to see forest animals. The extensive protected forest is ideal for hiking, and mountain biking and canoeing are also possible activities in the area. A fishing lake 8 km, tennis courts and a public swimming pool 10 km. About a quarter of an hour away, in the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, you can take a trip back in time: Visit the Écomusée de Marquèze about the region's earlier way of life and join a ride on the historic train. The slightly larger town of Mont-de-Marsan 28 km, the beach 62 km, Bordeaux and its old town, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, 130 km. The nearest restaurant and supermarket 3 km. The nice landlord, who lives in a house just a few meters away, is happy to provide you with tips for excursions and you are welcome to use his barbecue. The domicile is ideally located to get the best of the Landes department.
