Holiday house "La Pineta" - near the sea and pine forest

The holiday home "La Pineta" is located at 20mt. from the Pineta di Ponente.
The sea is just 400 linear meters from the house.
The area is therefore the most north of Viareggio and therefore the most renowned and elegant.

The house is composed as follows: ground floor: entrance / living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and a small curtain where it is possible to wash the linen by hand or in the washing machine; on the 1st floor: double bedroom with double bed with air conditioning, the other bedroom with French double bed and a small terrace with chairs and umbrella where it is possible to lay out your costumes and beach towels.

A short distance from the house you can find a supermarket (for everyday shopping), bakery, pharmacy, soap shop, woman / man hairdresser and everything you may need daily.
Crossing the pine forest it is possible to directly reach the avenues to the sea, covering only about 400 meters. The sea can of course also be reached via the city streets, covering the same distance that can be easily made on foot while enjoying the shade of the maritime pines.
The bathing establishments also offer the opportunity to have lunch directly on the sea and taste the typical dishes of Viareggio cuisine.

Huis op goede en rustige locatie dichtbij het bos en strand. Het heeft een leuk dakterras, maar een suggestie voor de eigenaar is om er ook een tafel neer te zetten, zodat buiten eten wat makkelijker wordt. Parkeren voor ons over het algemeen geen probleem (maar buiten hoogseizoen).

Praktisch huisje
Het is een huisje zonder uitzicht. Je moet een soort parkeerplaats op. We hebben een poos gezocht naar de ingang. Gelukkig hielp een aardige italiaan ons om de eigenaar te bellen. Prima huis. Alles werkt en is aanwezig heerlijke bedden. Het park naast het huis is prachtig. Je auto staat langs de weg. Je moet hopen op een plekje.

Buona sistemazione per tutte le stagioni
Buona. La casa, che nel complesso va bene, richiede qualche piccola miglioria (sono comunque cose da poco: sistemare alcuni zoccolini, coperte di lana da rinnovare, calorifero di una camera non funzionante, serramenti di una camera non allineati, etc.). Va benissimo per una famiglia di 4 persone, ma con il divano letto al piano terra anche di 5/6 persone, soprattutto d'estate. Fornito di tutto, anche soggiorno separato rispetto alla cucina da la possibilità di vivere con un certo agio in ogni momento, così come per mangiare in ambiente grande e non sacrificato.

Casa come da descrizione, non nuova ma pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Proprio a ridosso della pineta, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il lungomare, il centro invece è a quasi 2km. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, passeggiare nella pineta la mattina è molto rilassante. Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione del Carnevale, l'entrata della sfilata era facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Una buona esperienza

Nettes kleines Haus
Kleines praktisches Haus in guter Lage (Meer, Einkaufen, Ausflüge) mit allem, was man braucht. Luca war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Leider ist das Bad, besonders der Badewannen-/Duschbereich etwas schimmelig und im gesamten Haus war es etwas feucht, was aber wahrscheinlich der Jahreszeit geschuldet ist. Wir hatten trotzdem einen guten Aufenthalt.
