Place was close to the city center and the plaza. It was walking distance to many dining options and quaint shops. Great location and beautiful architecture. There is a free snack lounge with coffee, water and pastries from 12PM-6AM. Vic is a small town near Vic University and getting transportation during siesta time and late nights is difficult at best. You have to arrange it in advance if you need to go farther than you are willing to walk. The hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable.

Super friendly receptionist who helped me find the parking and recommended a nice restaurant when I arrived late at night. The hotel was modern, clean and very comfortable. In a great location near the center of town.

Great hotel in central Vic
The hotel was very comfortable, very central and close to the market square with lots of good restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was perfect. We would definitely go there again.

Nice but pricey
Overall a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very close to the plaza mayor and all the bars, restaurant and shops. The parking is expensive, but spaces are hard to find.

Fantastic service and delicious breakfast.
From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent, on the front desk and in the restaurant. The room was comfortable and the hotel close to all amenities. The hotel breakfast was delicious with so many different options, cooked breakfast, meats, cheeses, pastries, amazing fruit juices and also gluten free options, it was the best hotel breakfast i have had in a long time.

Unfortunately this is really a business hotel and therefore when we arrived down a bit later (9.30) for breakfast, there was very little left and no sign of a waiter for the first 15 minutes.

Comfortable hotel in great location.
Stayed for two nights, mainly to experience the Saturday markets, but had the pleasure of seeing the music festival. Hotel is in a very good location, being close to the old square and an easy walk to train and bus stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful...breakfast was excellent.
