Manor villa built in the 70s, in the green countryside near Vicchio, birthplace of Giotto and Fra Angelico. The villa is surrounded by a park of about 3 hectares, completely fenced in, where there is a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (12m. x 6m. depth 120/150cm.), equipped with external bathrooms and changing rooms, football goals and a table tennis set. The property also offers large balconies for outdoor dining (barbecue) and private parking. Wi-Fi free. Comfortable furniture with some element of quality. The house is located 3.5 km. from Vicchio (birthplace of Giotto and Fra Angelico), 30km. from Florence, 24km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 stores of major brands of Italian and international fashion) and Lake "Bilancino" (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), at 14km. the "Poggio dei Medici Golf Club", 7km. riding stables.

Beautiful house
A lovely house with a very nice pool. The house is really big (we travelled with 6) and we had more than enough space. The garden is also very big with all the space to walk and play.

Tolles Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Nur eine kleine Empfehlung: da das Haus über keine Klimaanlage verfügt, wären Insektenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern in den Schlafzimmer ideal. Die Reinigung des Hauses ist nur mittelmässig, da leider nur oberflächlich gereinigt wurde. Nur

Godt, men mgl. Modernisering
Dejlig rummeligt hus, der dog mangler en upgradering teknisk, bl.a. var der ikke nok strøm i huset til at 2 køkkenmaskine kun bruges samtidigt. Der manglede lidt basalt køkkenudstyr. Poolområdet fungerede fint, selvom inventar kunne trænge til fornyelse. Det var varmt, ca. 32 grader og vi savnede fans eller aircon i huset

Haus in Vicchio
es war alles so wie in der Beschreibung. Wir waren 4 Erw. und 4 Kinder. Der Pool war für uns das Highlight und in der heißen Woche sehr wichtig, besonders schätzten wir der natürliche Schatten. Die Küche ist für 8 Personen etwas zu klein, die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Töpfe Tassen usw.) am unteren Ende. Das große Haus selber hat ausreichen Platz für alle Aktivitäten wie das Frühstück oder Abends zusammensitzen.
