Sehr geehrter Herr Arno, Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns zu prüfen und zu bewerten. Trotz Ihrer Kommentare hoffen wir, dass Ihr Aufenthalt gut verlaufen ist. Wie Sie wissen und gesehen haben, ist das Haus sehr alt und war ursprünglich ein Kloster aus dem 16. Jahrhundert in dem malerischen Dorf Vico Morcote. Leider ist es für uns nicht möglich, einen eigenen Parkplatz zu haben, und wir haben einen günstigen Preis mit dem Gemeinschaftsparkplatz 150m entfernt. Die meisten unserer Zimmer haben keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, weil wir uns für ein anderes Konzept entscheiden und eine gemeinsame Bar für alle Gäste einrichten wollten, wo wir Scirocco-Tee, Nespresso-Kaffee, Wasser anbieten und wo Sie unsere Weine probieren können. Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass das Restaurant La Sorgente, das sich im Hotel befindet, derzeit unter einer anderen Leitung steht und ein gewisses Niveau der Küche bietet. Wir hoffen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt alles in allem gut verlaufen ist und Sie ein paar sonnige Tage im Tessin geniessen konnten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen.
