I first started patronizing Abigail’s 30 years ago. At that time it was a luxurious outstanding B & B. It’s standards of excellence has not been compromised at all. It is a superior property with no equal. The only negative is that it doesn’t have an elevator in the main/original building.

This lovely hotel is situated within a short walk of Victoria Harbor. We found the staff to be warm and helpful. Our room was clean and nicely appointed with a soaking tub. A few nice touches included a high quality breakfast, afternoon apero and some fresh, delicious cookies. Would stay again!

Wonderful Place to See Victoria
Our stay was amazing. This is a wonderful hotel with friendly staff and great accommodations. It is in a great location to walk to the harbor and near the Christ Church Cathedral and adjacent park & playground. The breakfast is wonderful with lots of choices and options. Our travel experience was definitely improved by staying here.

Fantastic Hotel
Fantastic hotel. Not corporate and every attention to detail and luxuary. Great location to a major beautiful park called Beacon Hill and also easy 10 min walk to downtown. Cannot recommend this hotel or staff high enough, amazing stay.

This is a heritage building so there are no elevators but the comfort of the room was not sacrificed to history. The fireplace and chairs were charming. The bathroom was roomy and functional even though we did not use the jacuzzi. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was wonderful. We like that we could park our car and forget it as we didn't need it to get around town.
